2nd day of school!

today was the second day of school... nothing really overly exciting but always something new! this morning I had physics... which i still dont understand, but I caught some of the words that the teacher spoke... next, i had ECJS which is education civic and social... then i had german lol... didnt understand a word of that... they were listening to a german tape and answering questions, i was just sitting there lol... so, that took half the break that i thought i had... these classes were not on the schedule... but, everything is changing because ther are too many people in latin class or something... some sort of latin disaster is confusing my schedule... then i had a break... i tried to get guillaume to help with my chemistry homework but it was too confusing for me and his handwriting was beyond unreadable! of course today we had another grand lunch... Some sort of Turkey, a peice of watermelon, bread, potatoes, an unidentified vegetable, apple tart. excellent, i had more time to kill so i went to the students room and read a french magazine about british fashion in english! Then, after lunch I had two hours of philosophy and not even the french kids understood that nonsense, and then another hour of physics! AND I ACTUALLY DID TWO PROBLEMS ON THE ASSIGNMENT AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT THE TEACHER SAID WHEN SHE CALLED OUT THE ANSWERS (feel free to applaud in your home office). Then, tonight i was just sitting at my computer and all of a sudden olivier comes up and says that we are going to a restaurant... im like what? Ok? nice warning!!! but it was my first time going to a restaurant with my family... we went to this italian place where I had spaghetti with bologna... just was spaghetti for me... but it was excellent! Also, there were a lot of people there becuase in the bar part of the restaurant there is a tv and france was playing argentina in the world cup of rugby... so this was a pretty big deal for them... and now i am wiped out... all i have to say is that going to school until five will really tire you out!

Bon Nuit
